| Dynamics
of Human Behavior (DHB) is a specialized organization offering programs for business, government and individuals for increased productivity through effective communication, responsible organizational development, and leadership training. "Successful interpersonal relations are based on your ability to communicate in a way that you don't build barriers between yourself and others," says DHB founder Madelyn Burley-Allen. "For example, we explore how important effective listening is in communication and how this vital competency has widespread effects on the whole organization." DHB was established as a training and consulting firm to
help make the world a better place to live. We do this by researching and developing
comprehensive programs available for business management and employee training for
individual growth. The goal of our seminars and programs is to develop positive techniques
to increase skills and competencies that help people achieve their goals. We assist in the
development of action plans, evaluation and follow up for success. Madelyn has an in-depth and expansive knowledge in all aspects of human behavior with a focus on enhancing the creative intelligence and the spiritual nature from within. She has authored three books: Listening, The Forgotten Skill, Managing Assertively :How to Improve Your People Skills, and Memory Skills in Business, that have been translated into several languages.
