Dynamics of Human Behavior (DHB) is a specialized organization offering programs for business, government and individuals for increased productivity through effective communication, responsible organizational development, and leadership training. "Successful interpersonal relations are based on your ability to communicate in a way that you don't build barriers between yourself and others," says DHB founder Madelyn Burley-Allen. As a successful entrepreneur for many years in business and sales she founded Dynamics of Human Behavior in 1972. Madelyn has an in-depth and expansive knowledge in all aspects of human behavior with a focus on enhancing the creative intelligence and the spiritual nature from within. She has authored three books: Listening, The Forgotten Skill, Managing Assertively :How to Improve Your People Skills, and Memory Skills in Business, that have been translated into several languages.
